Photo/Media Guidelines

Media is essential for track promotions and events.  Knowing and preparing for the media's needs and requirements for editorial, photo, and video media members ensures coverage, repeat coverage, and an  opportunity to  work directly with 

Photographer Orientation

Photographers are looking for specific and unique photos. Providing track rules/guidelines and a photo map can assist the photographer(s) and track personnel in keeping the event, staff, and media members safe before, during, and after a race/event. We highly recommend our photographer track specific procedures, guidelines, and safety orientation be done yearly for each media member in attendance.  This is the SOP for each NASCAR Cup, Xfinity, and Truck series race. 

Marketing Deck

Sponsors and partnerships are as crucial to the racetrack as they are to the drivers and teams. Marketing Decks introduce your sport/series, track, schedule, goals, and special events. A few critical ingredients for a Marketing Deck are demographics, media reach, schedule, who you are, and your accomplishments.

Proposal Deck

Proposal decks provide critical information once partnership discussions move to the next level. Knowing when to present a proposal deck and what needs to be in it can be the difference between signing a contract and losing the opportunity.  

Contracts

One of the most stressful ingredients to a partnership is the contract. Partnerships are not official until all parties sign the contract. We can assist with writing, reviewing, and evaluating agreements, ensuring the contract is a mutually beneficial document covering all parties. Our work does not start until an executed Non-Discloser agreement is in place.
